During our recent annual visit to the Perry Fair, my family and I chose to stay at the Avid Hotel Perry-National Fairground Area, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. With an unbeatable location just a short drive from the fairgrounds, we were able to fully enjoy the festivities without the hassle of long commutes. The hotel’s commitment to cleanliness was evident as soon as we stepped into our room, which featured a cozy bed topped with a premium mattress and no yucky carpets—just the kind of comfort we appreciate for a good night's sleep. Our check-in experience was seamless, thanks to the friendly staff member who greeted us late at night with a warm welcome. Each morning, we kick-started our days with a hearty selection from the grab-and-go breakfast options, which included delicious egg scramble bowls and fresh fruit, paired with decent coffee to fuel our adventures. The convenient parking and proximity to quality restaurants made our stay all the more enjoyable, allowing us to unwind after long days filled with exploration.
